“The civil Rights Movement was fundamentally about human rights, and Occupy Wall Street is also about human rights. It is about how most Americans really do not have a voice in our democracy because government has not protected the public, but favored the 1 percent who bankroll our elected officials.”
I've spent a lot of time in the past week attending Facilitation Committee meetings. The Facilitation Committee is the committee which organizes our General Assembly - the core of our democratic process, and the reason why we're here. And I've also spent a good degree of time simply mooching around Tent City, talking to people, hanging with the "Keepin' It Real" peeps, and listening to the gripes and complaints of the people. Those who are living and working in Tent City are under unbelievable stress at the moment.

So I was getting my friends foot worked on by one of our energy healers who are donating their time, and I hear this amazing roar... I look down the street and see the march coming to home base, aka L.A. City Hall.
Here is a video I captured of the majority of the marchers, the march got smaller as it went by, and lasted close to 20 minutes.
