I have a specific tone in mind. Don't appeal to their humanity, or implore them to share. That empowers them, makes it sound like we're on the defensive, asking for their scraps. No, they are squarely in the wrong, and owe a legal, moral and financial debt to society, which we will enforce and collect.

I want to remind them of what we know: that they are losers, and failures that had to come running to mommy and daddy government to get them out of their dilemma, while they throw regular people into the streets to suffer and die off.

I like your ideology behind the theme, put them on the defensive, make them answer some poignant accusation's, make them dance for a change.

I have yet to see on any televised news any in depth stories relating to the locked down lending practices to new, small or medium businesses, or any refinancing of existing loans. Just a few stories of historically low mortgage rates that nobody in The 99% could qualify for, followed by the newscaster's chuckle. No follow up as to why no one can qualify.

Honestly, I've talked to my married kids @ length about this type of action, we concluded that we were not sure who it would hurt the most, both short & long term, us, them or some of the smaller businesses? Have you thought it out, & if so what do you think?

Solidarity is best served without the criticism of the short sighted, or those who can't see the forest through the trees. Concentrate on the idea not on the spelling, for Christ sakes, you forgot to capitalize the name "Christ" in your post genius, also Christ sakes is two words not one, mega mind.

Oh boy - here we go... "chrissakes" is an accepted colloquialism. A way for me to express some frustration without referring directly to a certain religious figure that I don't believe in.

I'm sorry if my comments offended you, but if you want to get your information out there effectively, you need to be sure that you aren't inadvertantly lumped in with idiots like these: http://politicalhumor.about.com/library/bl-tea-party-signs.htm.

The post was about the writing of signs, after all & I was simply offering some advice. You're going to need to to cultivate a little tougher skin if you want to fight the good fight.

Since I started using it over two years ago and I have a sign to that effect, I like--Democracy, not corporatocracy.  We're supposed to have a government of, by and for the people but large corporations are controlling our government which, to me, is a corporatocracy.


The other side says "Stop Congressional Sellout" but it might be changed to "Stop Government Sellout".

Prosecute the Fed Reserve and accessories. Incorporate it into the Treasury. Issue Gov't Debt-Free money for the Common good....to repair and build infrastructure etc. Replace Fed. Reserve DEBT-money private and public with Gov't issued DEBT-FREE money. There's a way to do it.
Call the soldiers home where they belong with their families...ie. end the Wars, close foreign bases.
