This weekend I had planned my first stab at actually facilitating a GA. Unfortunatly I have to cancel it because there is a much greater need in our community.

Our comrades have been fighting foreclosure for four years. The foreclosure is completely fraudulent, starting with the paperwork the bank submitted to offer this loan to the family to begin with. This house has gone to auction many times and has never once been sold. They recieved eviction papers this week, and the house is still with no buyer.

Occupy Fights Foreclosures has been working with this family to try to keep their home. We are still fighting this, and will to the very end. Their eviction day is on Saturday, and I was asked to stand in Solidarity with the family, which I committed to do months ago.

I hope everyone can understand, and can either come out in support of this family with myself and others, or attend other actions, or meetings on that date, as I hear there are a few.

I asked that the General Assembly be moved to the next available date.
