Update 7:50PM: Ulises has been released after being bailed out, and is probably already home as I type this. Thank you to all the phone calles to the SFV LAPD as it surely helped speed up his release!

Update 6PM: Ulises is being bailed out right now, and will be back to the Fort in a few hours.

Update 5:30PM: The LAPD are now claiming he is being held on an unpaid metro ticket, and it will cost $561 to get him out of jail.

A few hours ago Ulises Hernandez was taken into custody by 5 plainclothed officers wearing nothing more than jackets to identify them as police. They took him in silver unmarked Honda Civic. (Pictured above)

He was taken on a alleged warrant for not showing up for court even though he had appeared in the court yesterday. This is obviously more state terror, to try to keep people from fighting back against the banks and corporations stealing our homes.

Ulises was kidnapped by LAPD SFV division. Jail support is welcome however support is encouraged to go to Fort Hernandez in solidarity.
