Occupy Sandy: Press Coverage List

Occupy Sandy's Storm Relief Effort in Rockaway, NY surpassed FEMA & Red Cross in its magnitude, flexibility and mobilization. Its non-governmental community support embodies a hardcore American conservative ideal. Rockaway is a low-income public housing area.

Occupy Sandy teaches and mobilizes everyone who wants to help and it helps everyone who needs help, many of those who are out of the narrow scope of FEMA and Red Cross targets. Occupy Sandy takes full advantage of experiences to sustain the big encampment during OWS's physical occupation.
