NDAA passed through Senate with a 93-7 vote, even though provisions in this legislation allow the military to hold Americans indefinitely, without filing charges, without a trial. The United States Constitution grants every American a right to Due Process and Habeas Corpus. The Constitution was written to protect the people of this country from the government. This is the same document that our Senators took an oath to protect. Currently, our 9% approval rating Congress is in closed door meetings discussing the NDAA. Mainstream media has been ignoring this matter, but we cannot.... our freedom is at stake.
