I've just been involved since OWS was raided. I'm 60. One of the most mind boggling things that happened to me on the night of the raid was I hadn't checked the web that day, took the tube downtown... Josh got shot, talked to a guy that was helping others with Josh. Later waiting on Cesar Chavez for bus West, guy walks by... we talk again, I can take you as far as...
    At far as point. I talk to this 26 year old guy. I'm amazed he's so knowledgeable about the simple construct of "inequality." He talks about ALL his friends, some in the crustpunks, and that for years ALL of them have been talking about... but sooo frustrated, nothing they can do. ALL of his friends are in massive education debt. He's jazzed about occupy. The mind blowing part to me, FUCK the mumstream has mindwashed this younger generations edu debt & intelligence.
    The person Big Money. I like Big Money, he's one of the nicest people I've met. His ideas about what money could change are on, but his vehicle of getting the money from some LOTTO...blah, blah, blah... There is no one at OLA to say "Big Money, lotto money goes to schools" and I'm very sorry, OLA wants everyone to get ANGRY, PUSH OUR BUTTONS, blah, blah, blah..., to say to Big Money "Shut the Fuck up" "oh, but he has a chant""oh, but he has a chant""oh, but he has a chant" That is from High School Football cheerleading, we used to sing it at my High school, We are the Rams, mighty, mighty Rams.... oh BLAH, gag ME PLEASE!
    The guy said he had been to some GA's, was going to attend some more. Haven't seen him again. The amount of people, just in the short time, I've been attending, who haven't come back.
    OLA is horse & cart and the only thing going on is who gets to sit at the front of the cart.
    The discussion circles are regulars who take notes, get on stack, then spin their "whateverinthefuck" SPIN a bottle in the discussion groups. I want to hear regular people. I don't care about all the "however's, although's AND's, I might add's" (though I like him enormously too) It's not about who WE like, it is about growing the 99%! 
    It's about putting your God-damned EGOS aside FOR the movement because "for those LEADERS" I'm 60, I go all over the liberal net, I at 60, blah scroll, through A LOT. This younger generation IS NOT waiting with bated breath for all of the Juan's at OLA's latest divi nation's & what he's going to wear to the ROSE PARADE (Oh, God gag me, Oh, God gag me). The evolved intelligence in 20 years, let alone now, is not going to be looking through the institutions archives looking for the "most brilliant person they've ever seen" they are going to be looking for who had the most impact, coolest sign, coolest idea that expanded the movement, what evolved, "How INCREDIBLE!" In 20 years believe me there will be BLAH scrolling. OLA wake up, BLAH!
    I go to OWS web, they have more forum topics than you can shake a stick at.
    There's this old poem, An Alien, "take me to your leaders..." I'm doing "Occupy mind , take me to your web, take me to your blogs, take me to a cool video (some of the coolest vids, I've EVER seen)"
    When OLA has a cleared "Sacred Speaking Space" I'll attend the GA's. I'll check the stream. "Oh, God. Oh God, can you imagine this is being viewed worldwide & archived? Oh, God, Oh God, Oh God, the stream.... Do I have to?"
    "Does it threaten the Solidarity of the movement? Does it threaten the safety of the movement? WILL YOU WALK AWAY?
    Hurray, OWS! {in my day... FAR OUT!} Man, there is some "on a rocket ship occupying, goin on" Maybe OLA as they SEE the other ships going bye will, STOP fighting, *themselves*, the movement and get in on the mind expanding mental FUN. It's SIMPLE, not COMPLEX!
    PS, Yes I'm the very bad bad boy, who hasn't gotten involved... DUH. But if I was & had been for sooo looong I would not feel bad walking up to & saying Shut the Fuck UP! The irony, honestly. Oh we are bad bad ass and to show it we will BORE you to tears, THERE!
