Hey there,
I've heard that Jan. 20th is going to be a day of action, yet I don't see it on your calendar. What's the deal? I hope OLA plans to organize and take part.
A good idea is a good idea.

Please add Jan 20th to the Occupy Los Angeles Calendar

Move to Amend is calling for an Occupation of the Courts. Jan 20th is the anniversary of the infamous Supreme Court "Citizens United" decision, which elevated corporations to "personhood," giving them the same rights as humans. You can get more info at http://movetoamend.org/. Please join the occupation on Friday, January 20th. Please add Jan 20th to the Calendar. Love and Peace, Paul

YOU ONLY NEED TO DO ONE THING

YOU ONLY NEED TO DO ONE THING....
hand out pamphlets... showing this...
from :http://www.leginfo.ca.gov/.const/.article_6
CALIFORNIA CONSTITUTION ARTICLE 6 JUDICIAL SEC. 1. The judicial power of this State is vested in the Supreme Court, courts of appeal, and superior courts, all of which are courts of record.and... then... when people go to court.. THEY ASK THE JUDGE... "IS THIS A COURT OF RECORD???????????"
simple question.... right.
the answer... is likely.. "no"... AND IF SO... THEN.. ITS A UNCONSTITUIONAL COURT... AND YOU DEMAND TO BE TAKEN TO A PROCESSED ONLY IN A CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF RECORD.
WHICH MEANS... a Common Law court... is a court of Record.. in a Common Law court.. the government is almost powerless to impose statute laws... ON THE PEOPLE... get it???
The Common Law court of record... was freedom... and still can be..... see --> http://mosheh.org/Freedom-and-THE-LAW.html

In order for things to go on

In order for things to go on the calender, they need to be GA approved, or gone through actions committee and sent to us. Thanks.

It would make sense...

It would make sense... that... those who ARE AT THOSE MEETINGS EVERYDAY..... collect.. any and every good idea... they can find... and present it... at the GA... because one person, could do 100 times the work than you can ever get... by asking people to come there... to present ideas.
one dedicated OWS worker... could read off a list... everyday... and they either go into a good pile... or the trash pile... and in this way.. by going over your good pile.. over and over again.. you can truly collect good ideas... but you must be willing to do that work.. someone who can be there everyday.

See if you were actually

See if you were actually involved in OLA, you would know we dont have meetings everyday, and not all people are involved in all meetings. There are many people here willing to do work. Stop flaming and promoting in our forum and do something. Put your money where your mouth is, help with the foreclosue actions, help with the general strike, stop coming on here and promoting yourself and telling us how to do things, as it is not appriciated. Thanks.
