Apparently a bunch of high level elected officials, business leaders - including a Bank of America executive - are holding a public townhall to discuss jobs, the economy, and education. It includes some impressive people... Lieutenant Governor Gavin Newsom, the president of the state senate, and the speaker of the assembly John Perez! 

It looks like they are touting two different plans.
