On Tuesday May 8th, Occupy Fights Foreclosures is going to fraudulently foreclose on Bank of America in Pasadena starting at 4pm. On May 9th, Bank of America is holding its annual shareholders' meeting in Charlotte, NC. The plan is to get media coverage just before their important meeting but no so far ahead of time that Bank of America Executives can find a clever way to spin this media coverage.

The exact location and details will be coming through in the next few days, so keep an eye out for them. If you want to help plan this event, we are having a planning meeting on Sunday May 6 from 1-3pm at Big Bang Coffee Shop at 530 Ramirez Street, Los Angeles, CA 90016.

We are working on getting a bus that will take people for downtown LA to the action. There are several other groups who have shown interest in this action. We hope to highlight Dirma Rodriguez's case and her struggles with a severely disabled daughter and a fraudulent foreclosure.
