Veterans for Peace are having an event on Oct 1.  I guess that conflicts, but still, some may be able to go.

This event is a warm up to a teach in that will focus on the occupation happening in DC in early October.  I got an email from one of the VFP, and they know about OccupyLA.

They also do a weekly memorial at the beach, building "Arlington West".
